Volunteers are required to help with the set-up in the Hoyle building and host the event - giving the introductory session, and leading the stargazing (if clear), or the telescope tours and virtual stargazing using Stellarium (if cloudy). We need TWO volunteers to staff each evening.

There is a three-stage process for leading a group visit:

1. Shadow an experienced person and learn how to run a group visit
2. Lead the evening with an experienced person in attendance 
3. Lead the evening yourself
